Synchronised Doubles

In synchronised trampolining, two people perform the same routine of ten moves at the same time on two adjacent trampolines.

Each person in the team of two is scored separately by a pair of judges in the same manner as for individual competitions. Extra judges are present to score the pair on how synchronised they perform their routines.

Synchronised Doubles adds another level of difficulty to the art of trampolining as not only do the competitors need to focus on their own performance they also have to be aware of what their partner is doing on the other trampoline. Although not easy it is surprisingly a lot of fun!
