Adult Trampolining Sessions
Every Thursday from 8:30 - 9:30pm we offer a trampoline session just for those over 18
Trampolining is a great way to get and stay fit, each turn on the trampoline is basically like a mini-HIIT workout that uses all the major muscle groups (legs, arms and especially the core).
Trampolining is a lot of fun and also quite a sociable activity with everyone supporting each other to progress and learn new skills. There is no pressure to perform though, you can go at your own pace and do only what you are comfortable with.
So why not come and have a go, your first session is FREE! With members ranging from 18-50 age is certainly no excuse! ;)
