In synchronized trampolining, two people perform the same routine of ten moves at the same time on two adjacent trampolines. The trick is to perform each move at exactly the same time!
Double Mini Trampolines are like two mini tramps that have been joined in the middle. Competitors run down a track and jump onto the apparatus, performing up to three 'moves' and finishing up landing on crash mats at the other end.
As with all sports, it is important to train to improve your stamina, strength and overall fitness. We focus on core strength and flexibility to help in performing skills on the trampoline.
